BLUE AND GOLD BANQUETS are a tradition in CUB SCOUT PACKS. The founding of SCOUTS BSA (Formerly BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA (BSA)) was February 8, 1910. Every February we gather to celebrate the creation of Scouting and the CUB SCOUT program in the United States.
BLUE AND GOLD celebrations can be an additional meeting or replace the monthly pack meeting.
